I am over 10 years with the company and I appreciate: - working culture (team work and empowerment) - company size (you can make an impact) - salary and benefits (competitive) - opportunities to grow within the organization (encouraging internal promotions) - real industrial company (nice products)

Cons

- Decentralized company culture, so sometimes BU's or sites have a tendancy to rather think about their own scope than about the larger company picture

Very long hours. Very little support from management. No opportunity for advancement. High stress, dangerous environment.
