Good money. And easy work. Good benefits. 401k match 50 cents to your dollar. Union. Pension after 5 years.

Cons

They work 12 hr shifts. 3 days a week one week and 4 days the next. Have to work overtime ( your off days) to make a good paycheck. Not mandatory unless short staffed
