For the most part, people were really great.

Cons

This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. The culture is toxic and selfish. There is a lot of talk and inaction on the executive team and there was zero communication from sales leadership about changes or company direction which leaves everyone confused. People are walking around stressed out, I am so glad I left this terrible workplace!

Startup, open to new ideas, can have commission on top of salary, based on how many meetings you book AND complete with clients. $150 per meeting under or at 25 meetings total. After that, $200 per completed meeting, plus $200 for prospect to client conversions.

Cons

Since they are a growing startup, competition is increasing, if you're not passionate about sales, they'll eventually weed you out and prefer other people which is fine, but weird when you start having similar stats t to other colleagues
