Some of the co-workers are awesome

Cons

Very poor management, company claims to care about employees but make no mistake you are nothing but a butt in a chair, they see no value in anyone and have the mentality that you can be replaced at anytime for any reason. Pay based on bogus metrics, must mention promotion on every call and "How can I help you: or you will fail the call.

Where do I start? My wife was in the hospital on 3 different occasions & I had to leave my wife to go to work & she had to wait for someone to go get her and take her home. I am a diabetic and my A1C was close to 500. That was an occurrence. Due to the company's poor handling of their VOC, I was on my way to winning all of the contests at Christmas. I had the most sales; double the amount of anyone else in my office. I got nothing because of a VOC of a 1 from a customer who was mad at the team lead for hanging up on me. If that isnt a reason to change the VOC rules, I don't know what is.
