      Benefits are great and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Constant last minute changes no rhyme or reason for being shuffled from team to team. Instabilty is extremely stressful. The building is not sterile covid outbreaks are continuous no pay for days affected by covid.

      Inexpensive plans, live operators that's it

      Inaccurate information in sales pitch, unskilled technicians in customer support, inferior quality phones. I have heard salesman tell customers their phone is compatible with consumer cellular when they knew they were locked into other companies such as Verizon. I have seen support issues take weeks to get resolved. While the customer was down. The cheap phones they push on elderly are painfully slow and lack many basic features. They are riding on their ratings and reviews but I guarantee that will change. This company is a smoke screen for the same headaches as all the other providers
