Pros

I love my job and I mean that from my entire being! I was hired as a supervisor where I mastered my role and was able to promote into the manager role. This is the first place where I feel appreciated and seen. I have a passion for development and coaching and have been able to develop various individuals within the company. Being a part of something bigger than myself is such an amazing feeling. I have my own marvelous testimony regarding working at CCI, but I am also a part of many success stories of other employees. I love my job and the people I work with.

Cons

The only thing I would say is it would be best if we stuck with a process and allowed time to develop good habits. There are often times we change processes so frequently it's hard to track the progress or develop consistency.

I started here from the ground up nearly 24 years ago, and I am proud to say I’ve grown into a Management role. What I Love (Pros) True Upward Mobility: I am living proof that this company promotes from within. They don't just look at your starting point; they look at your potential. Educational Support: One of the best perks here is their commitment to learning. They offer to pay for college tuition, which is a game-changer for anyone looking to level up their skills without the burden of student debt. The Culture: After two decades, the culture remains the strongest "pro." There is a sense of community and support here that is rare in larger organizations and hard to find.

Cons

Compensation: While the benefits and culture are top-tier, the pay is best described as "okay." It is competitive enough to stay, but there is room for improvement to ensure it keeps pace with the high level of dedication the staff provides. Reward the loyal employee's they will stay forever.
