      Pros

      Working from home is the only thing good.

      Cons

      So hard to get sick time off and PTO time. If you call in for an emergency they don't care and if you don't have enough sto they will take your PTO and still right you up. Management is poor. Such a high turn around rate because this place is horrible to work if you have a life. Can't even get approved for unpaid time off. If you go on vacation you can forget it working for this company. Kids sick oh well you have to work. This place is the lowest of the low. Left my other job for this job but big mistake.

The work life balance is truly unmatched.

      Cons

      The only con for me would be that mostly everyone is now working remotely. I miss the loud and full call center experience that we once had.
