Pros

The buildings are nice. They offer work from home. Pay wasn't the worst but not great either. Most of the employees on the floor are super nice and I liked most of my direct coworkers.

Cons

Management is terrible. They like to throw money at everything except employees and resources that would help lower level employees do their jobs. But if you're an executive looking for a large hiring bonus would recommend.

Good call center but not true customer service

Pros

Started with a great sign on bonus. Some supervisors are very helpful. They have lots of activities while you're on break. If you like the fast passed, short time limit call center experience this is a good place for you.

Cons

I understand the call center experience but if you really want to help people feel comfortable about their devices or be patient walking them through troubleshooting this isn't the job for you. I took the job excited that I was going to be helping the elderly understanding their phones. Later I realized you only have a very short window to do that and most of the customers don't know how to navigate their phones. They get frustrated and need someone with patience. They say they are constantly "disconnected" and no one calls them back. They waited 30 minutes to 2 hours or waited for a call back from 2-4 days. Guess what they have to do it again. How would you feel.
