great benefits, amazing co-workers, awesome incentives, lots of OT available, flexible schedules, lots of growth opportunities, and also work-from-home options.

Cons

strict attendance policy, still working on systems working from home,

Paid benefits! Amazing, upbeat company atmosphere! Easy to move up in the ranks of the company! Excellent pay scales! Excellent training team and everyone is helpful if you have questions!

Pros

Decent pay, easy to start working there, they basically require zero experience.

Cons

They say they don't force you to do sales but they really do. They push you to do everything on a checklist to get people to sign up. This includes asking for a different card at least three times if it is declined and asking if they have family members around to pay for their phone service (keep in mind the main target customer base is made up of seniors). Training is inadequate, it is four weeks long and they do not use that time efficiently at all. Their CSR computer system is awful (there were multiple outages every month) and they have really unrealistic expectations. Average call time must be 11 minutes or less and you must keep a rating of 9/10 or you get talked to. If you get talked to twice you loose your job. Within 6 months of starting my pod (12 people and 2 supervisors) saw a more than 50% turnover. Burnout is very common and turnover in general is very high.
