They will never give you a cost of living raise - The tools constantly go down which cost you money - There was a one second delay on nearly every call which makes it impossible to talk to someone - They snuck in an amendment on the last policy statement that reads you will not get your commission unless you are employed by CCI at the time the paycheck is issued but the commission runs FOUR WEEKS BEHIND so I got robbed over $900. No one ever reads those statements so it came as a shock after I resigned - Nearly every customer is over 70 and senile.

Management has a tendency to pick on specific employees and break them down until they quit or are fired. Management also has no self accountability and are almost impossible to get ahold of within a timely manner.
