Pros

Multiple schedules, plenty of over-time available, PTO starts day one, great benefits 100% paid by employer (medical, dental, optical), workout area/equipment, positive work environment, they fully train. Long term opportunities to move up in the company are ever present for motivated personnel.

Cons

Low start hourly wage under $13, time and a half starts after first 32 hours, time and 3/4's starts at 40 hours, up to 29% performance bonus of gross. With benefits included I could see this as a $21-24 an hour job. Four weeks of Training.

Pros

If what is promised down the road is real, the benefits will be nice but they lie so constantly it isn’t necessarily true.

Cons

Misinformation, disorganization, blatant disregard, and poor compensation with many ways they can cheat you out of pay.

Cons

Extremely subjective management style. The owners business model is not followed by the management. To keep a job there you must sacrifice your principles and toe the line regardless if it’s right or wrong.
