Terrible management, no communication at any level Ignorance all around: supervisors, co-workers, and upper management Performance based solely on minimum numbers No opportunity for advancement or personal development Inflexible scheduling Poor coverage and co-pays for insurance Miserable commute/traffic,from all directions more than a few miles away Private ownership with a very hands-on approach They have built a business around selling phones to older people, so the future is very limited (as middle-aged people become older they will already have established relationships with other providers).

- Elitism among senior supervisors/HR/non-general employee positions, STRONG "Us Vs. Them" culture - Training is poor, performance standards stressfully high - Tools provided to assist customers are poorly lacking - Many women have reported a senior supervisor for being directly aggressive towards them, HR not only ignores this but also refuses to let them switch teams, instead pressures them to quit. They will offer you no help, and instead protect "their own." They are NOT there to help employees. - HR is so poorly managed, mid level supervisors quietly advise employees NOT to report issues
