Pros
I have never had a job or people at job to care so much for me when I'm sick and actually care. This job has been so supportive throughout my housing transition. I appreciate the concern as well bein gi only have one sibling here in OKC. I can make a living wage here to provide for my kids, and I leave here feeling good about my performance at work, and being apart of a team.
Cons
The elevator made it hard to be on time during training time when we had to be on the third floor. I feel like that was the only thing setting the newbies back. All 38 of us couldn't get on the elevator at once. Also, the AVID phones are a pain to troubleshoot.
