Pros

Started with a great sign on bonus. Some supervisors are very helpful. They have lots of activities while you're on break. If you like the fast passed, short time limit call center experience this is a good place for you.

Cons

I understand the call center experience but if you really want to help people feel comfortable about their devices or be patient walking them through troubleshooting this isn't the job for you. I took the job excited that I was going to be helping the elderly understanding their phones. Later I realized you only have a very short window to do that and most of the customers don't know how to navigate their phones. They get frustrated and need someone with patience. They say they are constantly "disconnected" and no one calls them back. They waited 30 minutes to 2 hours or waited for a call back from 2-4 days. Guess what they have to do it again. How would you feel.

Pros

Growing company with lots of room for advancement.

Cons

Extremely unorganized! As a Supervisor, you are nothing more than a high paid associate. No time or room to coach associates to the required KPIs. Communication is lacking. Extremely high turn over.
