It's It's benefits and the onsite food trucks that attracted my attention. Also the ability to work from home.

Cons

Management is out to get you either fired or suspended. They don't care about your safety if you have to miss work. You're just a number to them. Easy to replace. They offer work from home but they really make it a pain to get it. The managers don't care about you and only see you as a means to their bottom dollar since they get paid more than the base agents. It's also understaffed daily with more calls than the company anticipates even though they claim they have an hold on it. They hold you back from wanting to promote even if put everything you got into it

Flexible hours. Overtime offered. Great opportunities to move up in the company. Opportunities to work from home. The company has been in business for over 25 years

Cons

Must work a weekend day on most shifts. Communication can be spotty. Training will be onsite even if you want to work at home.

Pros

Awesome place to work. All upper staff ( and regular staff for that matter ) are more than helpful. They care. They treat you like an employee and not a number.

Cons

VOC scores and how we can avoid getting a poor score from someone else's mistakes or from a bad call that was not your fault. This happens more time than not.
