Pros

Coworkers are fantastic and truly want to do a good job

Cons

Senior leaders make poor decisions and are not leading the company in the right direction. Poor raises, poor bonus and no clear path of getting ahead. The new career and reward framework is a nightmare and limits one’s ability to move up and get a raise or promotion. I could go on and on about how poorly things are going. This isn’t the CE of your father or grandfather where the company cared about the employees

This company only cares about numbers. They will lie, lie and lie some more. The senior management is horrible and don’t even get me started on the CEO. I have been here over 15+ years and I can’t get out soon enough. Not only that, they rip you off with pay and the new pay structure that is “benefit” the employees. Don’t worry, they also want to rip off customers by date cases that aren’t necessary

Pros

I worked for this company for 12.5 years, Perks were lots of PTO. It grows with your seniority. The pay rate had tripled from start to finish. So room for financial growth. Decent retention rate.

Cons

Lacked diversity and inclusion big time. My last 3 years were a special hell when a new boss was hired and fired nearly all of her POC employees. She proudly supported Trump too. This company is BIG on nepotism. So if you know no one, good luck! They love to promote people to leadership positions who either never did your job before but work for the company, or to hire from outside. The outside hiring happens often.
