Pros

Good pay and benefits in the beautiful state of Michigan.

Cons

Unorganized, flying fast and loose. Lack of clear defined processes and responsibilities at the individual contributor level. Overloaded with executives from the auto industry making decisions without utility insight and experience. Friends of friends from the automotive industry bringing management styles that may work well in that industry. Lean is a particular program that gets pushed and seems to have little return. Difficult to engage training after on boarding. Many departments flooded with unqualified Sr roles acquired by time served rather than qualified personal achievement and training.
