At there call center where must like me start out before moving up in the company High pressure, super micromanagement, no flexibility great if you have no life, very low morale. Witch hunt mentality while on your first 6 months any errors can and will result in Immediate termination with no recourse. Big turnover, multiple sales and call time crtieria that must be met to keep your job. Forget days off on holidays and in fact as needs merit schedule you basically live to work here.
