They make you pay for parking every shift, and then despite paying for parking can take it away.
You have to apply to Shifts and don't always get notified in a timely manner.
There is a supervisor-subordinate relationship with an Incompetent Supervisor dating one of the Managers, which kind of explains how she is a supervisor despite being not fit for the job.
The supervisors aren't always very helpful or competent.
They don't follow the same procedures that they expect you to follow and won't allow phone use while being on their phone constantly.
They won't always give out radios, then will station you in an isolated area with 0 ways to contact.
They have stationed people in direct sunlight little to no breaks or shading
They will claim to be under-staff and bring in other cities employees while having tons of staff that want to work.
They change our shifts that get accepted at the drop of a hat without notification.
They don't always let us out on time, despite expecting us to be 30 minutes early. I have even been relieved of duty an hour after my shift ended a few times.
Due to their ignorance they have made some of their event guests experiences terrible. For example, Game On Expo, there were vendors that were selling similar stuff to other vendors and utilizing their vendor pass - But the supervisors and management gave them a hard time and hurting their sales. I tried to inform them and they wouldn't listen, despite my advanced knowledge of being an vendor. Finally let them in after one of the Con's management came and told them to let them in.
There are clear signs of cronyism and favoritism with the select managers, select supervisors, select employees
There has been many times that people weren't given breaks or given one break on extremely long shifts with super short break times.
They don't always give water and have supervisors that will complain about your bathroom breaks.
They expect you to bring food and snacks, then don't let you keep them with you and don't always have a place near by to store, and/or a place to heat up the food items that were brought.
They won't inform, give warnings or write ups, and will wait till your next shift is about to start to send an email saying they fired you for insubordination if you question, or voice your concerns about any of the above.
