Pros

They pay well for the location and benefits are good. 401k match could be better. The culture has changed a lot over the years. Promotions are there and available up to a certain point. I worked with some very talented and driven employees. For the most part, I enjoyed going to work everyday.

Cons

Long hours are expected. It is no longer a family oriented company. They used to have annual family picnics and gatherings, but no longer do.
