Surround View and Advanced Engineering teams are good.

Cons

1. Skillset is not valued, but the experience is overvalued although they have 0 skills. 2. Embedded Software Department is not managed properly. 3. Managers are bad at resource allocation and task management.

Pros

Its been 5 years now me in Continental. There are hundreds of automotive electronic supplier companies out there but Continental ranks #2 next to Bosch. Employee friendly product based company. If you prove as a key player then growth in the organization is guaranteed. Flexible working hours, good HR policies and good management. Continental defines clear road map and its business is very transparent. Annual hike is much better but not the best in the industry.

Cons

Nothing negative about Continental. One cannot ask for more in such a Industry.
