      Very good company to work for with very good benefits

      Pros

      Generous 401K matching (of course no traditional pension plan). Paid time off was also above average.

      Cons

      Moved our jobs out of the country and closed down our location!! The after some of the transition failed, moved some of the products back to the US. (to a different state)

      Pros

      Great international team to work with. Staff works well with contractors. Work schedule was flexible and often included a work life work at home.

      Cons

      International staff from time to time was resistant to work to complete project. Communication was a bit of a challenge and included working with a great team of bi-lingual consultants.
