      Multinational with room to develop

      Pros

      Great place to understand how things work in a multinational on the production site - you understand how department work together - or better yet - how they don't work and why. You can have a hands-on approach on every level of production and understand the entire production flow. I had the privilege to get mentors from all departments and learn their struggles and strengths so it made me realise how important communication and transparency is.

      Cons

      The internal culture revolves around the idea - It's not my responsibility and - The other department made the mistake, it's not my fault. Because of this, the growth rate is quite low. Also, management cares only about meeting the production quotas without caring too much about the people that have to make it happen.

      work nature is the best in that company. work life balance is also very good.
