      A large company were you can gain good experience. It provides a decent salary and the job is stable.

      Cons

      There are a lot of fights between locations so a project can suffer because of different cultural aspects.

      Pros

      Good start, very procedural, perfect for a fist job. Being a global corporation, travel is usual, depending on the job.

      Cons

      Salary increase is slow, Start salary is in the middle to low comparing the market and the responsibility. In my team, there is not so much room for developing.Boring after 5 years.

      The company in general is great, I felt a bit the need of more training in my area but the general Training program is very good

      Cons

      Management squeeze the money A LOT, they promise to promote me and they keep me like that for almost a year, they release the letter the same day that I told them that I had a new opportunity with another company... (what a coincidence :/)
