      International experience, currency risks/exposure, culturally and professionally diverse.

      Cons

      Not enough transparency, lack of training (trial by fire) and very poor communication.

      Pros

      I loved my job because the testing of raw materials was excepted or rejected by me for safety of the materials. I wasn't doing the same thing on a daily basis and we were communicating with supervisors and finding ways to better the results and finding problems and solving them.

      Cons

      I hated that the company went out of business on Continental Blvd. They shifted our work to Mexico after a large downside during the year of 2007-2008.

      Pros

      Company known for its engineering edge. The german culture of doing things with excellence permeates the organization. The networking opportunities from such a large company are a plus.

      Cons

      There is a lot of red tape at this company. Management expects you to get a lot of work done with not so competitive pay. The industry is not in good shape. They expect you to work long hours.
