Pros

The employees outside of HR are truly a joy to work with and for one another. I have built many life long relationships.

Cons

Politics with HRBP team at Corporate in Auburn Hills, MI is very toxic. Many of the HR team is like a sorority. If you don't play the game or if you make one mistake, you are thrown under the bus quickly. HR Management needs to be knocked off their high horse or it will continue. If only someone was there and able to see it.
