Excellent work/life balance, good salaries, goood benefits, interesting projects

Cons

The CEO destroyed our relationship with Stellantis and in NA we lost an important customer because of him. Now that Carlos Tavares is gone and we are spining off from Continental, our future looks better

Work life balance is good benefits are ok

Cons

working for a German supplier used to mean being rather safe from layoffs. Even when layoffs used to be necessary, they were long in the planning, corporate was very transparent about business and needed changes impacting employees. This has changed in 2024. Conti has adapted to be no different from other companies in the industry.

Decent pay and benefits. Awesome co-workers

Cons

If you complain or report violations, there will be REPEATED retaliation. HR has no interest in helping and will tell you it's your fault. Reviews are overly punitive and designed to keep employees from receiving bonuses/raises or promotions for YEARS, while allowing others into positions they haven't earned or aren't qualified for. Haven't disclosed the uncertain future of the plant to temporary employees or new hires.
