      Pros

      Continental is a leader in Automotive. If you are in automotive then you may want to join Continental but on their ITS devision.

      Get raise when the rate for walk-in no experience goes up so I made the same after 7 yrs as someone with 0 experience walking in the door ....... HR is not there to help you but yet to help each other out of questionable choices and actions..... rude personal

      Good benefits, decent pay if you are a salaried employee.

      Cons

      Horrible schedule for production employees. Especially if you are on night shift. 12 hour shifts, 2 on - 2 off - 3 on - 2 off - 2 on - 3 off. You will be on nights if you start here as a new employee in production. Management is absolutely clueless. They are not held responsible for anything that goes wrong. Do a poor job? They find another position for you somewhere else, and then wash, rinse, repeat for years.
