Pros
Most of the people are very nice. Good benefits and pay. They provide training and there's possibility of advancement from within if you don't inform your superiors about your intentions...
Cons
It's like high school all over again, one big popularity contest. Promotes from within but not based upon qualifications. Suggestions on how to make things run more efficiently are routinely ignored. They are very slow on catching up with the latest and most efficient technology. Workers in receiving still hand typing all incoming shipments, with no scanners leading to many human errors that can be avoided.
