- the people in the department I work in happen to be amazing - the private health insurance is actually good

Cons

Pretty much everything else: - thing are quite chaotic right now at least on the automotive side which will soon be separated, locations are being closed, not much money is coming in, people are leaving - at least in Romania they are known for paying way bellow market value - aggressive return to office policies as of fall 2025

You learn a bit of everything Nothing much is expected at the beginning, but more as you "gain experience" Good to gain a work history for beginners Fine office.

Cons

You learn only from your tasks You learn everything, but nothing in detail to give you a good qualification for growth / change job or company Career growth is mostly based on social skills and years worked at the company. Minimal interest in technical profencies. A lot of unnecessary documentation. Work from home - bad, work from office - good.
