Pros

Autonomy - Largely are left to your own devices, though this could equally be considered a 'con' to some.

Cons

The lack of communication between departments, i.e. sales, marketing, finance, as well as across the overall organization from management and down is obvious. The company is very disorganized as well, and aside from purchasing/partnering with other software, their core products have evolved very little over the last decade.

Caring, supportive management. Great work/life balance. Many opportunities to learn new technical skills. Was mostly remote before the pandemic, so has handled the transition to full remote very well.

Cons

Financial constraints limit salary headroom.
