Cons

Lots of maintenance issues on the planes, you often get called to work on their scheduled service flights, private charters are usually only given to the FA’s who have been there a long time.

-Since it's not full time benefits are minimal -In this location in particular there would be a lot of weather delays causing many staff to stay late frequently -Split shift-
