First year I seemingly made more than I would at a major. Schedule was 4-5 days on with up to 3 days off in between. Nice pilots and ground crew.

Cons

Broken planes and upset customers are the norm. Not much opportunity to participate in other markets unless people call out. Then they disrupt your off days to handle said call outs. I can’t say enough how quid pro quo contour feels. Pay feels low for the bar of expectations and sacrifices.
