Pros
Stable, reliable employment at a good hourly rate. Environment is overall positive. The company is largely stable, isn't going to fire you for tying your shoes wrong, and provides plenty of extra earning potential if you're willing and able to travel. Would work there again.
Cons
The company has undergone a large number of substantial changes over the years, and has its fair share of growing pains to match, but the change is largely positive. They tend to go through some layoffs every couple years, but don't be in the bottom 10% of production and your employment will be reasonably secure.
