They treat everyone like a number and planes are old with lots of maintenance problems. Terrible communication and act like they can just do what they want with you.

Because turnover is so high, pilots upgrade fast and build time quickly.

Cons

Indifferent management, shoddy maintenance, toxic leadership, insufficient resources, pay cuts, increased benefits cost, elimination of compensation (phone reimbursement, etc.)
