Pros

The people in the department are great to work with. Lots of interdepartmental support.

Cons

Upper management is routinely unavailable. Decisions are made at a slow pace. Promises made to further individual careers and then are years before they happen if they even do. Quick to point out your failures, but never commend you for going above and beyond.

Pros

- The company is growing fast. - Trying to become a regional airline, acquired a few ERJ-135s - Definitely easy to move around in the company. - Get to enjoy a variety of aircrafts, both civilian and military. - Pay increase every year, good increase.

Cons

- Teamwork could be improved better out on the line. - No matter the weather, besides thunderstorms, you have to be out while aircrafts are coming in or leaving. - Times when you go out to service a plane and your coworkers don't come out to help. - Equipment is old, so there are times when they break down.

Pros

There is a job to come to.. because no one else wants to take it.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Love the review that said "if you're not in the cool club". Spot on. Too much focus on pep talks with no actual merit than the success of the company or its employees.
