Paid training but nothing else is worth it

Cons

Predatory $8k contract that traps you into working for them for a year. Planes are unsafe and always broken. Constant 14hr duty days with 10hr rest periods. Management and crew scheduling is rude and condescending. Unsafe work environment and several FAA violations. Started making people sign contracts when hired because few stayed after a few months.
