Pros

- The company is growing fast. - Trying to become a regional airline, acquired a few ERJ-135s - Definitely easy to move around in the company. - Get to enjoy a variety of aircrafts, both civilian and military. - Pay increase every year, good increase.

Cons

- Teamwork could be improved better out on the line. - No matter the weather, besides thunderstorms, you have to be out while aircrafts are coming in or leaving. - Times when you go out to service a plane and your coworkers don't come out to help. - Equipment is old, so there are times when they break down.

At this point, there aren't really many pros anymore. The promises have not come to life after a year, so I can't say there are pros.

Cons

Pay was good until they cut that. They keep the pay in management, and they are trying to make a company that went under come back to life. Not going to happen. Also, they hire friends of friends and people with no work ethic.
