Pros

Collaborative coworkers, hands-on experience, exposure to multiple clients/projects

Cons

Treehouse leadership lacks transparency, integrity, and consistency promoting bad management/leadership those who are "yes men". No room for growth and minimal pay increases. Advancement is directly related to personal relationships with leadership than performance or results. Learning opportunities are non-existent, most teams are overworked with a back log of projects going into several months.

Owner is hands on Ability to move around departments

Cons

Pay is far below industry standard. My salary nearly doubled when leaving for another company. No remote options Managers are in charge of teams but they themselves do not know how those teams function, but are still dictating how they should run No growth opportunities or career ladders
