      Incredible team, incredible people, supportive work culture, grateful for the people everyday

      Cons

      Compensation is low for the work we do and the demands met, pay rises aren’t consistent. There was a bonus crisis recently.

      - Flexible working arrangement, no enforced requirement to go to office - project-based work, so I can manage my time more independently (doesn't have to be online all the time 9-5)

      nearing project deadline there are some instances where I have to work overtime
