The Manager Saša is a Racist person, he wants to take advantage of the situation with the non US citizen workers to pay like machine operators.

This comment is not to be taken lightly. An allegation such as this should have been brought to the attention of HR during your employment at CSI for a proper investigation. CSI prides itself on the diversity within our organization. Our company is staffed with very talented individuals from various countries and backgrounds that support our customers across the globe. In addition to staffing our company with talented people, we have a 95% retention rate and strive to stay abreast of the market value to ensure CSI offers a very competitive pay scale, benefit package and a culture that respects our employees and customers. It appears that CSI was not the best fit for you and we wish you the best.

Pros

Getting a pay check, that’s was the only positive that came from this job.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. Constant gas lighting, road blocked out of performing work tasks, people in management positions used their employees for their own personal gain. The absolute worst place I have ever worked. I have never witnessed such toxic, manipulative behavior. Don’t bother with HR either, they are the problem.

In 2023 we increased our staff by 50 employees with a .05 % attrition rate which shows we are growing our team and retaining strong employees. Unfortunately, CSI may not be the right fit for everyone, we wish you the best in your future career endeavors.
