Great learning experience for someone looking to cut their teeth and who is isn't worried about competitive salaries and benefits.
Cons
The company is extremely secretive (numerous closed door meetings ) and does not communicate messages to the employees-leaving them always feeling uncertain as to the future. Being told a very different description of what a position is when going through the interview process and then being very disappointed when that is not at all what is the actual job. Promises of change and numerous meetings to that end, but ultimately, a waste of time and change will never take place without a change in leadership. Benefits are lackluster - and expensive for the coverage provided. If you give notice to transition to a new position at another company be prepared to be shown the door that day.
