Pros
Great company to work at for software developers. This company deals with the automotive industry, but via software, not directly with the vehicles. - Just coming out of startup phase, still very trendy - Actively involved management - Very friendly and inviting work crew all around - Beer (brewed by employees, in house) on tap - Developers take a large role on designing new software - Possibility to work remotely, based on customer support needs
Cons
- Flagship projects were hastily written by ME EEs, so there are many flaws and inefficiencies to work around - Due to the vulnerabilities in some projects, new development is hindered for fear of breaking something
