Pros

Controlled FORCE has a great culture and that allows for room to grow and expand your knowledge of the company and programs. Management seeks out input from employees which helps you feel like you are a part of the team.

Pros

The office is in a cool location and they bring their dog to work.

Cons

Intellectually dishonest leadership that lacks organization. It is like a soap opera there in the sense leadership cannot follow simple rules of management and organization. Husband and wife owners argue all the time.
