Great Place to Start

Pros

Work from home if you are a sales rep. Existing customers that understand the products. Senior management understand the business and worked up from warehouse floor sweeper.

Cons

Limited training. Bought by Blackstone, so long term stability may not be there. Lots of meetings, but poor communications and follow through.

Supportive teammates. Everyone respects one another and has a common goal. Days fly by as we are always kept busy. Management trust and support is amazing. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Medical insurance could be better.

MOST people are concerned about their job and the quality. Travel is nice. Everything paid for.

Cons

Management only looks at reports with no concern for anything else. Pay is very low compared to industry. Insurance is very high.
