Nice Health Insurance package, company car, historical products are nice quality, a shadow left of the original Convatec when it was great!

Cons

The management team is from one end of the pendulum to the other. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) being appointed manager by unqualified VP. Demoralizing RSM, crass VP who has no idea how to do the job. HR borderline incompetent and legality lines crossed continuously. Territory Managers promoted on services provided to RSM's not the merit of their work provided to territory.

So many to list but if you work out of the US you will notice that upper management does not put in the effort to keep US employees happy. Teams are WAY understaffed making work/life balance really difficult. Most things are manual and result in time wasted. Processes are not documented and you’re just expected to know what to do and if you don’t it’s taken out on you. The structure is constantly changing and just when you learn how things are done, upper management is making changes. It’s just a complete disaster, I’ve never worked for a company this unorganized and who have very little care for their employees.

The is no cooperation between individuals or teams, everyone is miserable all the time. While there are politics everywhere, at this place you spend 1/3 if your day doing work and 2/3 watching over your shoulder. Systems are antiquated and nobody can answer a simple question
