Converge has an amazing culture and team. The people here are truly some of the best people I've ever worked with. Not only is their expertise impressive, they are humble and always available to help and support. In this aggressive industry it's so nice to know that we're all working together.

Cons

Right now everyone is stretched thin with us working on filling open positions. We're all wearing a lot of hats at the moment.
