if you come from the broker industry there operational values in terms of quality are second to non. Being an Arrow company gives them good access to benefits.

Cons

Poor customer account allocation no efforts to help build a sales model for individuals. Poor management in terms of training. Lack of services for customers. Same old school paranoid secret keeping. No sales rep account expansion elevation efforts. Poor work life balance.
