Great culture created from original founders with the 10 values and beliefs. Great CEO.

Cons

As the company grew and got bigger the values and beliefs and culture have been diluted and are not the main focus in parts of the Company (certainly not in Canada).

Pros

Values and beliefs, the company culture overall and it is not just a bunch of fluff. We all believed in it, which made us feel as though we really did make a daily difference every day. Convergint day was the best!!! They really give back to the community in a way that really matters to the participants and the receivers. Training is key to Convergint. Salaries are above average for above average talent. They really care.

Cons

I don't have any real cons, though, another opportunity to grow in a different direction came up and I took a chance. Can be a little clique'y with politics driving some promotions over qualifications.
