      Better then average pay. Good health insurance Some really good coworkers

      Depending on the department you worked in. Some were easy going while other departments the staff felt like they were always walking on egg shells

      Pros

      Convergint has great co-workers and V's & B They try to get staff involved in activities by having health challenges 50/50's

      Cons

      Unless you manipulate people you will not go anyplace. Management needs to train people not pass them over for new people. No room to move up unless you are willing to put your morals and ethics aside.
